ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, order processing may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days • Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
CLAVON will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
